Love, Charleston

This flip is a page turner. It is a story about fatherhood, friendship and love. While it starts out, having a father and daughter move on toward an adventure of a new city, it continues to a family dealing with a very serious health issue. The true meaning of family is discovered by all these characters.

This story was not suspenseful in any way, but it was really emotional. I went through many a tissue flippin these pages. Though the scene was clear and well thought out, the plot was slightly choppy. The characters of this story kept me turning the corners. These types of books rarely challenge my faith, but I don't choose a book for a challenge. I choose a read to entertain me and escape to another place and time. I would pass this title onto others as a good read. The drama that occurs is entertaining and thought provoking.

This read was a great flip. It took me to another place and allowed me to become friends with the characters. If you enjoy drama this is the flip for you.
