Angel Song –Sheila Walsh and Kathryn Cushman

This flip will require a box of tissues. Angels, secrets, and memories, Ann found all these in Charleston. Her expectations were to visit her sister, watch her graduate and go back to New York to her design job. After returning to New York, supernatural events have her travelling back to Charleston, despite her efforts to hide in the Big Apple.

If a book can be a rollercoaster, buckle up! It had me flipping through the pages super fast. I enjoyed the banter between Ann and Ethan. Several times I found myself laughing out loud, but other times crying onto the pages.

It’s full of surprises and clever twists after a flip of a page. Ann, Ethan, Tammy and Keith were a likeable bunch. However, I would have enjoyed seeing what happened next. What adventures lay ahead for these southerners? For example, where is Sarah and Ann’s mother?

The overall theme was inspiring, because of the reminder of the fact that angel’s aid in the protection of God’s people. The ones He has chosen to save, through Jesus Christ. I was entertained by this novel and would recommend this book to others who are strong in their faith in Christ Jesus.
